Where preservation of health is concerned, we realise the importance of delivering consistent and reliable products. Besides automating our production processes, we have also successfully developed integrated automated systems to handle finished products from production lines to finished goods warehouse, eliminating possible defect and contamination during transit, packing and storage.

These processes are linked mechanically via conveyors and lifting systems; and also electronically via Information Systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and barcode traceability systems.

Every pallet is tagged with RFID tags, which contain useful information associated to the content (products) of the pallets. Each tag is then connected to our Warehouse Management System (WMS) via Wi-Fi, making possible the monitoring of all product movements.

The communication established between the WMS and ERP systems ensures on time delivery to our customers.
