Glove manufacturing is customary a labour intensive process. To remain competitive, we have challenged that norm by embarking on automation to reduce our reliance on manual workforce.
One successful invention developed in year 1995 is our automatic glove removal system, designed to remove latex and nitrile gloves from hand moulds.
This sytem is capable of removing not only latex but also nitrile gloves up to a speed of 30,000 pieces of gloves per hour – an unrivalled performance. |
