High Efficiency Production Lines
Based on Hartalega’s patent pending double former mounting design, our newest high speed production lines are capable of producing 30,000 pieces of gloves per hour per line, the highest in the industry.
Even at such high speed, the quality of gloves produced are never compromised but further ensured with stable operating process parameters, which are controlled and monitored by our Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.
Every critical parameter measured and acquired by our programmable logic controls (PLC) is communicated to the SCADA and later fed to the Data Management System for trending and other analytical auditing.
